We found dealing with George easy. He arranged for a car for us to test drive. He was knowledgable and not too pushy. We ordered the car and he kept us informed on its production up until delivery. He complied to all our requests.

Very disappointed to find out 9 months after buying a car for £16k that I had to then pay another £430 to have a part fixed as my car became un-driveable. The customer is punished for the way BMW make their cars and where the parts are located.

I was told the rear seat belt buckle wasn't working, which would fail the MOT. They offered to try clearing the fault for £66.33, with a new buckle costing extra. It wasn't made clear that if clearing the fault failed, I'd still pay for both.

Blake was proactive in checking if an item that came up in the MOT was covered by warranty and if the car was still in warranty period. He then came to me with all the information in one go. Sam Irwin provided a clear and succinct summary of the MOT
